颊脂垫修复口腔组织缺损的临床应用进展

摘　　要：颊脂垫是修复口腔颌面部组织缺损的一种简单、可靠的方式,其血运丰富且邻近缺损区。本文对其相关的解剖结构、手术技巧、临床应用、优点及缺点进行回顾总结。该修复方式简单,在修复上颌窦瘘、先天组织缺损、种植体周围炎、肿瘤术后组织缺损、药物性骨炎与修复颅底瘘等临床应用中取得了较好的临床疗效。根据组织缺损部位及缺损范围的大小,合理的选择适应症有助于取得良好的临床效果。总之,颊脂垫修复口腔颌面部组织缺损是一种可靠的方式,其临床应用广泛。Buccal fat pad flap is a simple and reliable flap for the treatment of defects in the maxillofacial area because of its rich blood supply and location, which is close to the location of defects. we have reviewed the associated anatomical construct, surgical techniques, various clinical applications and its advantage and dis advantage. The surgical procedure is simple and has good clinical efficiency in various clinical applications, including the closure of oroantral fistula, correction of congenital defect, treatment of peri-implantitis, reconstruction of tumor defects, coverage in severe gingival recession,cranial base reconstruction, and treatment of ＇Krokodil＇ drug-related osteonecrosis of maxilla and so on. The rational selection of indication according to the anatomical location of defect and the size of defect can contribute to ideal clinical effect.In conclusion, Buccal fat pad is a reliable flap that can be applied to various clinical situations.
