摘　　要：为了尽可能发挥教师的潜能,促进高校健康发展,本文分析了目前高校教师评价体系中存在的主要问题,并针对本校的项目目标管理化的理念,提出了完善本校高校教师评价体系的思路,以便促进学校的发展。In order to develop the best potential of teachers and promote the healthy development of colleges, this paper analyzes the main problems existing in the present college teacher evaluation system, and puts forward the idea of improving the college teacher evaluation system in order to promote the development of colleges.
