医养结合背景下的老年群体临终关怀问题探析

摘　　要：本文总结了当前老年群体临终关怀的特点,并指出其中存在的问题,主要包括:临终关怀服务供给侧失衡;适合我国国情的临终关怀模式缺位;临终关怀服务未纳入社会服务保障体系。在文献汇总的基础上,提出医养结合背景下老年临终关怀的发展建议,主要包括:重视临终老人的基本照护服务落地和人员能力的培养、探索构建适合我国国情的临终关怀模式、建立多元化保障体系。通过社区、政府、社会组织的合作,构建以"医养结合"为基础的多元化的临终关怀服务模式。The presented status about the hospice care of the elderly population is reviewed. Some problems, such as the source of the imbalance of the hospice service, the absence of hospice model suitable for China＇s national conditions, and the hospice care service not included in the social service guarantee system.Based on the summary of the literature, the suggestions for the development of the care of the elderly in the context of medical-nursing combined： It mainly includes paying attention to the basic nursing services for the end-of-life elderly and personnel training, exploring the establishment of a hospice model that suits our national conditions, establish a diversified security system. Through the cooperation of the community, government and social organizations, construct a diverse hospice service model based on the ＂medical-nursing combination＂.
