摘 要:为了改善香精的缓释性及耐水洗性,本文采用原位聚合反应将玫瑰香精包合在脲醛树脂中得到微胶囊。探讨了皮芯材用量、乳化剂复配比、温度、时间等因素对微胶囊成型的影响。利用激光散射粒度分布仪、电子扫描显微镜(SEM)及红外谱仪等对微胶囊进行了表征。结果表明,微胶囊的最佳合成条件为:45℃条件下合成2.5h,玫瑰香精与脲醛树脂用量为1∶1,乳化剂总用量为皮芯材总量的25%,乳化剂中Tween-80∶Span-80复配比为1∶1。所合成微胶囊的粒径为1~100μm,分散性及包埋效果均较高。In order to improve the control-release property and the washing durability of the essence,in-situ polymerization was used to encapsulate rose essence in urea-formaldehyde resin to obtain microcapsules. The effects of the amount of sheath-core material,the ratio of emulsifier,temperature and time on the formation of microcapsules were discussed. The microcapsules were characterized by laser scattering particle size distribution analyzer,scanning electron microscope(SEM) and infrared spectrometer. The results showed that the optimum conditions for the synthesis of microcapsules were listed below: synthesizing at 45℃ for 2. 5 h,the amount of rose essence and urea-formaldehyde resin being 1∶ 1,the total amount of emulsifier being 25% of total sheath-core material,and Tween-80 in emulsifier∶ Span-80 having a compounding ratio of 1∶ 1. The particle size of the synthesized microcapsules is 1 to 100μm,and the dispersibility and embedding rate had reached a high level.
