摘 要:针对传统工控机体积过大、成本高、对环境要求过高等缺点,以Win CE嵌入式操作系统和微处理器ARM为核心,设计并实现一种小型监控系统。该监控系统利用RS485总线与微型伺服转台进行数据通信,可实现对微型伺服转台的实时监控,并具有体积小、实时性强、稳定可靠等优点。Aiming at the disadvantages of traditional industrial control machines including large volume, high cost and great demands on the environment, this paper proposes a design and its implementation of minitype Monitor & Command (M&C) System, which is based on the WinCE Embedded Operation System and ARM Micro - processor. Using data communicating between RS 485 Bus and minitype Servo turntable, the teal time Monitor & Command for later one is realized. It is proved that the system features small volume, good real time, high stability and etc..
