摘　　要：在个案的基础上,全面总结了改革开放以来我国散杂居民族经济社会发展取得的主要成绩,分析了散杂居民族发展存在的基本问题,提出要修订和完善关相关法律法规,调整产业结构发展特色产业,加强基础设施投入与建设力度,推动教育文化与社会保障事业发展,大力开展民族精准扶贫工作,加强散杂居民族干部人才队伍建设,全面推动散杂居民族经济社会创新发展。Based on investigation, this case study summarizes the main achievements of economicand social development in areas of dispersed and mixed residence of ethnic groups of our countrysince the reform and opening up. It analyzes the fundamental issues related to the existence and de-velopment of ethnic groups in such areas and proposes to modify and improve the related laws andregulations, to adjust industrial structure and develop featured industry through increasing investmentin infrastructure and construction. It also argues to push forward development of education, culturalenterprise and social security, to strengthen the work of accurate poverty alleviation and to build ateam of minority cadres in order to push forward innovation and economic and social development inthese areas comprehensively.
