摘 要:研究了超滤法脱除猫爪草粗多糖中蛋白质的工艺.以多糖保留率和蛋白脱除率为评价指标,考察了截留分子量、温度、压力、多糖浓度、时间对超滤效果的影响.当选用截留分子量(MWCO)30 000、温度25℃、压力0.10 MPa、多糖的浓度3.0 mg/m L时,超滤处理100 min,多糖保留率和蛋白脱除率分别为78.2%和77.1%,优于Sevag法和TCA法.超滤法是一种可行的脱除猫爪草粗多糖中蛋白质的方法.Removal of protein of Ranunculus ternatus Thunb crude polysaccharide by ultrafiltration was studied. With the retention rate of polysaccharide and removal rate of protein as the index, molecular weight cut off(MWCO),temperature, pressure, concentration of the polysaccharide and times were explored. The optimal condition were as follows:MWCO 30 000,45 ℃,0.10 MPa,3.0 mg/m L of the polysaccharide and 100 min,retention rate of polysaccharide and removal rate of protein were 78.2% and 77.1%,respectively,which was better than Sevag and TCA. It is feasible that removal of protein of Ranunculus ternatus Thunb crude polysaccharide by ultrafiltration.
