摘  要:目的分析程序性死亡受体1(PD-1)和程序性死亡受体配体1(PD-L1)在食管鳞癌组织中的表达及两者与食管鳞癌患者临床病理特征的关系。方法采用免疫组化法检测PD-1、PD-L1在50例正常食管黏膜、49例食管不典型增生、49例食管鳞癌组织中的表达情况,并分析两者表达与食管鳞癌临床病理特征的关系。结果食管鳞癌组织中PD-1蛋白阳性率高于正常食管黏膜组织,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);食管鳞癌组织中PD-L1蛋白阳性率高于食管不典型增生和正常食管黏膜组织,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。PD-L1的表达与食管鳞癌患者肿瘤浸润层次及TNM分期有关(P<0.05)。结论 PD-1、PD-L1高表达在食管鳞癌的发生、发展过程中具有重要作用,可能成为食管鳞癌的早期诊断及治疗的新靶点。Objective To the expression of programmed cell death 1(PD-1) and programmed cell death ligand 1(PD-L1),and to analyze the correlation of clinicopathological features in patients with esophageal squamous cell carcinoma. Methods The PD-1 and PD-L1 protein expression in the 50 cases of normal esophageal mucosa,the 49 cases of atypical hyperplasia and the 49 cases of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma. The samples were determined by immunohistochemistry,and its relationship with clinicopathological features was examined. Results The positive rate of PD-1 in the esophageal squamous cell carcinoma was significantly higher than that of the normal esophageal mucosa( P〈0.05). The positive rate of PD-L1 in the esophageal squamous cell carcinoma was obviously higher than those of the atypical hyperplasia and the normal esophageal mucosa( P〈0.05). The PD-L1 expression was correlated with tumor invasion depth and TNM stage( P〈0.05). Conclusion PD-1 and PD-L1 may promote the formation and development of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma,they may be the potential molecular target in the diagnosis and treatment of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma.
