摘  要:目的观察促神经再生因子复合剂(N6)对脊髓损伤后不同时间点凋亡相关蛋白bcl-2,bax,Caspase-3表达变化的影响。方法应用Western blot和免疫组织化学染色方法 ,观察脊髓损伤(Spinal cord injury,SCI)后大鼠脊髓内凋亡相关蛋白bcl-2,bax,Caspase-3表达量变化及给予N6后对其表达变化的影响。结果在短时间内(8h)鞘内给予N6后,SCI模型大鼠脊髓内bax,Caspase-3表达量减少,bcl-2表达量增加,和16 h给药组相比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论短时间内鞘内给予N6能够改变脊髓损伤后相关凋亡蛋白的表达。Objective To observe the expression of bcl-2,bax,Caspase-3 after injecting NRPFC(N6) at the different time points in spinal cord-injuried rats. Methods Using Western blot and immunohistochemical staining methods,authors observed the expression of bcl-2,bax,Caspase-3 after spinal cord injury and the expression change following intrathecaly injecting N6. Results At a short period of time(8 h) after intrathecal injecting N6,the level of bax,Caspase-3 was reduced compared with 16 h-injected groups. The level of bcl-2 was increased compared with 16 h-injected groups. Conclusion Intrathecal injection of N6 at a short period of time could change the expression of apoptosis related proteins following SCI.
