摘  要:以当年采收的3个休眠程度不同的芹菜品种‘KR136’‘KR148’和‘S80’种子为试材,研究了-10、5、20、30℃等4种贮存温度对芹菜种子休眠的影响。结果表明,贮存温度高低明显影响芹菜种子休眠变化。对于休眠较深的‘KR136’和‘KR148’芹菜种子,较高的温度有利于解除休眠,30℃破解休眠的效果比其它较低温度要好,持续时间相对较长;对于休眠较浅的‘S80’芹菜种子,如果贮存在-10℃中,其休眠程度会进一步加剧。The effects of different storage temperatures on the seed dormancy of celery seeds were studied by using ‘KR136’,‘KR148’ and ‘S80’ celery varieties with different dormancy levels. The results showed that the dormancy of celery seeds was affected by the storage temperature. For the deeper dormant seeds(‘KR136’ and ‘KR148’), the higher temperature was beneficial to break dormancy, the effect of breaking dormancy at 30℃ was the best, and the duration of the dormancy was the longest, and the dormancy of shallower dormant seeds(‘S80’) seeds would be further aggravated if it was stored at -10℃.
