摘 要:目的探讨Yes相关蛋白、p63和Bcl-2蛋白在弥漫大B细胞淋巴瘤(DLBCL)组织中表达的意义及相互关系。方法应用免疫组化GTVision二步法检测45例DLBCL和25例反应性淋巴组织增生(RHL)中Yes相关蛋白、p63和Bcl-2蛋白的表达。结果 Yes相关蛋白在DLBCL中的表达阳性率为60.0%,在RHL中的表达阳性率为100%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在DLBCL中,p63、Bcl-2蛋白的表达阳性率分别为44.4%和82.2%;在RHL中,p63的表达阳性率为0,而Bcl-2蛋白阳性细胞主要分布于套区和副皮质区,滤泡生发中心为阴性,均为正常表达模式,未见异常表达,p63、Bcl-2蛋白在DLBCL和RHL两组间表达差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在DLBCL中,Yes相关蛋白、p63和Bcl-2蛋白表达之间两两比较均无相关性(P>0.05),且与年龄、性别、发病部位和免疫分型等临床病理特征无关(P>0.05)。结论 Yes相关蛋白、p63和Bcl-2蛋白与DLBCL的发生发展有关,其中Yes相关蛋白可能扮演抑癌基因的角色。Objective To investigate the expression of Yes-associated protein,p63 and Bcl-2 in diffuse large B cell lymphoma. Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of Yes-associated protein,p63 and Bcl-2 in 45 cases of diffuse large B cell lymphoma( DLBCL) and 25 cases of reactive hyperplasia of lymph node( RHL). Results The positive expression of Yes-associated protein in DLBCL and RHL was 60. 0%and 100. 0%,respectively. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant( P〈0. 05). The positive expression of p63 and Bcl-2 in DLBCL were 44. 4% and 82. 2%,respectively. In RHL,p63 was not expressed,and Bcl-2 was not abnormally expressed( only positive for mantle and parafollicular while negative for germinal center). The expression of p63 and Bcl-2 showed significant difference between the two groups( P〈0. 05). The expression of Yes-associated protein,p63 and Bcl-2 in DLBCL were neither correlated with each other( P〈0. 05),nor with clinico-pathological features( P〈0. 05). Conclusion Yes-related proteins,p63 and Bcl-2 proteins are associated with the development of DLBCL,and Yes-related proteins may play a role as the tumor suppressor gene.
