摘 要:为了得到涡轴发动机低温起动过程中的喘振特征,提出了一种基于LMD包络谱的分析方法。对喘振脉动信号进行局部均值分解,得到一组PF分量,并对各PF分量进行包络谱分析。实测涡轴发动机喘振信号的LMD包络谱分析结果表明,LMD包络谱可清晰地提取涡轴发动机的喘振频率及其倍频和分频成分,提取的喘振频率小于15 Hz。涡轴发动机的喘振幅值和喘振频率与发动机的转速有关,喘振幅值随着发动机的转速升高而增大,喘振频率随着发动机的转速升高而降低。In order to acquire surge characteristics in starting process of turboshaft engine at low temperature,an analysis method based on LMD envelope spectrum was proposed. The surge pulse signals were decomposed through the local mean decomposition to obtain a series of PF components.Furthermore,envelope spectrum of each PF component was analyzed. The LMD envelope spectrum analysis results of the measured turbo-shaft engine surge signals demonstrated that LMD envelope spectrums can extract and detect the surge frequencies and its multiple frequencies and fractional frequencies of the turbo-shaft engine clearly,and the detected surge frequencies are below 15 Hz.Meanwhile,the surge amplitude increases and the surge frequency decreases with the increase of the engine speed.
