摘　　要：高校离退休教师党员群体队伍庞大、政治优势明显。如何通过高校党组织的推动,发挥好离离退休教师党员群体政治导航、老有所为、关爱青年的作用,并引导他们持续释放正能量、共同努力实现伟大中国梦,值得深入研究。文章分析了高校离退休教师党员群体的五大政治优势,论述了他们关心下一代、发挥老有所为作用的五个途径,并介绍了国内高校及相关院系的一些有益探索。The group of retired teachers in colleges and universities hasa large group and obvious political advantages. It shouldbe made a deep research how to let old people play the role of political guidance, accomplish in their old age, care for young people and how to guide them to continuously release the positive energy and realize the great Chinese dream through the promotion ofthe party organization. This paper analyzes the five political advantages of the members of the retired teachers in colleges and universities, and discusses the five ways they care about the next generation and play the role of the old one, and introduces some usefulexploration of the domestic universities and related departments.
