软件测试课程教学改革的探索与实践

摘　　要：软件测试是软件开发过程中最重要的环节,它贯穿软件开发过程的始终,也是软件质量保障的重要手段。然而,作为高质量软件人才培养的高校,目前在软件测试人才培养中存在诸多问题。针对当前高校软件测试教学中存在的问题,分析存在的原因,从师资、测试平台、校企融合等方面提出了改进方案。并以大连理工大学软件学院为例,通过转变观念、完善配套教学资源、深化校企合作、加强师资建设等措施,建立多层次循序渐进的软件测试人才培养体系,取得了良好的效果。Software testing is one of the most important steps in the process of software development,which throughout the course of the software development process is also an important means of software quality assurance. However,as a high quality software talent cultivation of universities,at present there are many problems in software testing personnel training. Aiming at the existing problems in the teaching of the software testing,analyzes the reasons,put forward the improvement scheme. Take the Software College of Dalian University of Technology as an example,through the transformation of ideas,improve the supporting teaching resources,deepen the school enterprise cooperation,strengthen the construction of teachers,establish training system software testing talent multi-level step by step,and achieved good results.
