试论新时期高校实验室科学管理与维护

摘　　要：实验室是培养创新人才的基地,是科技创新的摇篮,是实验教学、科研创新、人才培养的重要场所。实验室的功能和水平正逐步成为一所大学竞争力的重要标志。当今,我国高等教育实施内涵发展,统筹推进一流大学和一流学科建设,是党中央、国务院在新的历史时期做出的重大战略决策。建设一流大学和一流学科,高校必须具备一流的实验室,而一流的实验室必须具备高水平的管理和维护。本文就高校实验室管理和维护中存在的一些问题进行了分析,并提出相应的解决办法。Laboratory is an important place of experiment teaching,research,and talent development.It＇s function and level is becoming the significant sign of university competitive power. At present,higher education in our country is implementing connotative development,advancing constructing double first-rate which is major strategic decision of our country in this new period. It is necessary for constructing double first-rate to have top laboratory while top laboratory must possess high level management and maintenance. In this study,we give some solutions for the management and maintenance in college laboratory.
