摘 要:目的检测GPR120在胆管癌中的表达,并探讨其在胆管癌发生进展中的作用和意义。方法通过免疫组织化学法分别检测60例经病理确诊的胆管癌患者的石蜡切片以及其中20例可获得的癌旁正常胆管组织石蜡切片中GPR120蛋白的表达情况,并研究其与胆管癌临床病理因素及生存时间之间的关系。结果免疫组化结果表明GPR120蛋白在胆管癌中的阳性表达率(68.3%)比癌旁正常胆管组织(25%)高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);GPR120的高表达程度与胆管癌的分化程度、TNM分期、神经浸润以及淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05);GPR120的阳性表达与阴性表达患者的中位生存期分别为27个月和40个月,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 GPR120的表达失调可能与胆管癌的发生进展密切相关,有望成为胆管癌早期诊断的一个有效标志物及临床治疗药物研究的新靶点。Objective To detect the expression level of GPR120 in cholangiocarcinoma and discuss its role in the progression of cholangiocarcinoma.Methods The expression level of GPR120 was detected by immunohistochemistry in paraffin sections of 60 cases who were pathologically confirmed cholangiocarcinoma and 20 cases of paracancerous normal bile ducts,and studied its relationship with clinicopathological factors and survival time of cholangiocarcinoma.Results Immunohistochemistry results showed that the positive expression level of GPR120 protein in cholangiocarcinoma was significantly higher than that in normalbile duct tissue(25%),and the difference was statistically significant(P0.05).The high level expression of GPR120 was correlated with the degree of differentiation of cholangiocarcinoma,TNM stage,nerve infiltration and lymph node metastasis(P0.05).The median survival time of GPR120 positive and negative expression was 27 months and 40 months,and the difference was statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion The dysregulation of GPR120 may be closely related to the occurrence and progression of cholangiocarcinoma,so it is hopeful to become a new target of early diagnosis of cholangiocarcinoma and a new target of clinical therapeutic drug research.
