摘 要:目的建立个体化舌侧矫治远移下牙列的三维有限元模型,为进一步生物力学研究提供模型支持。方法对志愿者进行CT扫描,将获得的数据导入Mimics软件中3D重构获得初步三维模型,经Geomagic Studio软件模型优化和曲面重建,获得下颌牙列和下颌骨三维模型。利用UG NX8.5建立个体化舌侧托槽、弓丝、牵引钩、微种植体、片段弓等模型。将所得的模型进行组装后在Ansys软件中进行网格划分、材料属性定义,最终建立三维有限元模型。对两个模型分别加载工况进行验证。结果根据微种植体位置不同,建立三维有限元模型2个。工况1时合平面逆时针旋转趋势,下前牙伸长趋势,后牙压低伴有远中倾斜趋势;工况2合平面无明显旋转趋势,磨牙趋于整体移动。验证结果符合临床实际。结论通过CT扫描以及多种软件的联合运用建立了精确度较高、几何相似性较好的个体化舌侧矫治微种植体远移下牙列的三维有限元模型,为后续研究提供了良好的平台。Objective To construct a 3-D finite element model(FEM) for individual lingual bracket system used in the distalization movement of the mandibular dentition by using micro-implants,and to provide the foundation for further biomechanical study.Methods A adult with individual normal occlusion was chosen as a volunteer.Spiral CT scanning was applied to scan volunteer's mandibular.Then the data were imported into Mimics 17.0 software to get the 3D model.With the help of Geomagic Studio software,the 3D model of mandibular bone and dentition was obtained.The three dimension model of individual lingual brackets,arch-wire,micro-implants,traction hooks,etc were constructed by UG NX8.5 software.Meanwhile,all models constructed were assembled in Ansys software and defined.Finally,the 3-D FEM for individual lingual bracket system for distalizing whole mandibular dentition was established.The effectiveness of two 3-D FEMs were validated by loading working conditions.Results According to the different micro-implant position,two 3-D FEMs was constructed with high fidelity.The validation results were consistent with the actual clinical situation.Conclusion The originated 3-D FEMs for lingual appliance have higher geometrical similarity and resemblance of clinical situation,and can set the stage for further biomechanical research during the distalization of mandibular dentition.
