摘　　要：分析教学质量管理现状,讨论C语言课程的课程教学问题和研究现状,从教师角度提出以实践能力为核心的《C语言程序设计》教学过程管理改革方案,实现备课、教学、辅导、批改、考核5个环节的全面管理。通过多个年级的教改班和传统班级的教学数据分析,充分证明,该方案是一种有效教学管理方案,极大地提高学生的实践能力和学习效果。After analyzing the present situation of teaching quality management,discusses the teaching problem and research situation of C Program-ming.From a teacher＇s point of view,presents the reform program of teaching process management,which is taking practical ability as thecore of C Programming.The management program will comprehensively manage these links,such as,lesson preparation,teaching,guid-ance,correction and assessment.Analyzes several teaching data between reformation classes and traditional classes.Teaching practiceshows that it is an effective teaching management program to obviously enhance student＇s practical ability and improve learning effect.
