摘　　要：创新性地提出注重实践和方法的分类、多层次动态培养"工程化"人才的理念。在"工程化"教改的路上进行一系列创新,扭转学生就业难的局面,提升社会竞争力,以"产教融合、校企合作"为抓手,共建校内外生产实训基地,为培养"工程化"人才打下坚实基础。结合目前软件技术专业具体情况,提出几个在教育教学环节中实现"工程化"人才培养的工作措施。Innovatively puts forward the classification of practice and method,and dynamically trains Engineering talents at various levels idea.On the road of Engineering teaching reform,carries out a series of innovations to reverse the difficult situation of the students＇ employment,improve the social competitiveness,takes integration of production and education,school enterprise cooperation as the grasp,and builds a practical training base inside and outside school to lay a solid foundation for the training of Engineering talents.Based on the current situation of software technology specialty,puts forward several measures to achieve Engineering talents training in education and teaching links.
