新时代领导者人格魅力的政治哲学之维  

On the Political Philosophy of Leaders' Personal Charisma in the New Era

摘　　要：领导者的人格魅力是领导主体的道德品质、态度气质、人生哲学、潜能体格及心理品质等的综合反映,优良的德性品质、公平公正的理念、丰厚的知识积累、以人民为中心的价值取向和公仆意识、发展愿景的绘制及其举措的实施是领导者人格魅力的要件;不断学习、求真务实、关注和改善民生是铸造领导者人格魅力之重要路径。新时期,在习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想指引下,各级各类领导者都应强化自身德性人格修为,具备新时代领导者的精神风貌和价值追求,为人民日益增长的美好生活需要的满足奉献智慧和力量。Leaders＇ personal charisma is the comprehensive reflection of their moral character,attitude temperament,life philosophy,potential physique,and mental quality. On the one hand,the essential elements for leaders＇ personal charisma involve： excellent virtue qualities; fair and square concepts; unlimited accumulation of knowledge; people-centered value orientation; planning of development vision; and implementation of countermeasures. On the other hand,the important ways of building up leaders＇ personal charisma include：keeping learning; being realistic and pragmatic; and showing deep concern for and trying to improve people＇s livelihood. In the New Era,guided by Xi Jinping thought on the socialism with Chinese characteristics under the New Era,leaders and cadres at all levels should strengthen their self-cultivation,possess the leaders＇ spirit value pursuit and contribute their wisdom and power so as to satisfy people＇s ever-rising demand for a happy life.
