摘　　要：近年来我国造船市场波动起伏,对人才需求时多时少,给毕业生就业带来了不小的影响。新技术、新工艺和信息化、智能化在造船企业中的应用又对人才培养提出了新的要求。分析近年来我国造船市场经济的发展现状,总结了造船市场变化对船舶与海洋工程类人才培养的要求,归纳了近几年来,为应对市场变化对人才需求减少,对人才质量要求提高所做的一些人才培养改革探索与实践。In recent years,China＇ s shipbuilding market has fluctuated,and the demand for talents sometimes many,sometimes less,which has brought no small impact on the graduates＇ employment. The new technology,new process and the application of information and intelligence in the shipbuilding enterprises have put forward new requirements for the training of talents. This paper analyzes the current situation of the development of China＇s shipbuilding market economy in recent years,and summarizes the requirements for the training of shipbuilding and marine engineering talents by the change of shipbuilding market. This paper summarizes the exploration and practice of talent training reform in recent years in response to changes in the market to reduce the demand for talents and to improve the quality requirements of talented people.
