摘　　要：目的观察乳腺癌患者癌组织中微小RNA-320a(miR-320a)的表达,并探究其意义。方法采用实时定量PCR法检测91例乳腺癌患者癌及其癌旁组织中miR-320a表达,分析miR-320a表达与患者临床病理特征的关系,Kaplan-Meier生存曲线分析miR-320a表达对患者预后的影响。结果乳腺癌、癌旁组织中miR-320a相对表达量分别为0.21±0.06、1.14±0.15,二者比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。乳腺癌组织中miR-320a表达与患者年龄、是否绝经、ER表达、PR表达、HER2表达和TNM分期均不相关(P均>0.05);miR-320a表达与肿瘤大小、淋巴结转移、远处转移均有关(P均<0.05)。Log-Rank检验结果显示,miR-320a低表达者术后5年总生存率低于miR-320a高表达者(P<0.05)。结论 miR-320a在乳腺癌组织中呈低表达,且与肿瘤增殖、侵袭迁移和预后关系密切;miR-320a可作为乳腺癌病情判断和预后预测的靶标。Objective To observe the expression of microRNA-320 a（ miR-320 a） in the breast cancer tissues,and to investigate its significance. Methods The expression of miR-320 a in 90 cases of breast cancer tissues and the adjacent normal tissues was detected by the real-time PCR. The correlation between the miR-320 a expression and the clinicopathological characteristics was evaluated. The influence of miR-320 a expression on the prognosis was evaluated by the KaplanMeier. Results The relative expression of miR-320 a in the breast cancer and adjacent normal tissues was 0. 21 ± 0. 06 and 1. 14 ± 0. 15,respectively,with statistically significant difference（ P = 0. 000）. The expression of miR-320 a in the breast cancer tissues was not related to the age,menopause,ER expression,PR expression,HER2 expression,or TNM staging（ all P〈0. 05）. The miR-320 a expression was related to the tumor size,lymph node metastasis,and distant metastasis（ all P〈0. 05）. Log-Rank results suggested that the 5-year overall survival rate of patients with low miR-320 a expression was significantly lower than that in patients with high miR-320 a expression（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The miR-320 a in the breast cancer tissues is lowly expressed,which is related to the proliferation,invasion and migration,and the miR-320 a may serve as the biomarker for the condition judgment and the prognosis prediction of breast cancer.
