摘　　要：当前,研究生素质教育面临着新的形势.实施研究生素质教育,必须以促进研究生全面发展为出发点,树立科学素质教育与人文素养教育融合的理念.结合当前形势以及研究生素质教育理念,曲阜师范大学数学学科点从学科建设、导师队伍、课程体系、联合培养基地等方面对研究生素质教育进行了深入探索和实践,并取得了一定成效.At present,the quality education on postgraduate students faces a new situation.The implementation of the quality education on postgraduate students must be based on the promotion of the overall development of postgraduate students,and the concept of integration of science education and humanistic education.On the basis of understanding the current situation and the concept of postgraduates＇ quality education,mathematics advisors of Qufu Normal University has carried on the exploring research and practice from discipline construction,tutor team,curriculum system,and Union training base.Some achievements have been made in this practice.
