摘  要:临床的护理带教为护理教育由理论转为实践的关键性过渡,因此带教过程中的质量为关键,带教质量的优劣对护士护理过程会产生直接的影响。但目前在内科临床护理的带教现状中存在诸多问题,主要为两方面,一为带教教师的问题,其二则为临床学员的问题。带教质量不高,对临床专业人才的训练及培养皆不利。该文着重在内科临床护理的带教中对其现状进行分析,针对相关问题,提出解决对策,为内科护理带教的工作提供有效参考建议,从而促使带教质量得以提升,促使护理教育持续性发展。The clinical nursing teaching is the key transition from the therapy to the practice, therefore, the quality in the teaching course is the key, and the quality of teaching can have a direct effect on the nursing course of nurses, but, currently, there are many problems in the clinical nursing teaching in the department of medicine, including the teachers and clinical students, and the low teaching quality is not conducive to the training and culture of clinical professionals, and the paper analyzes the status in the clinical nursing teaching in the department of medicine, puts forwards the solutions according to the related issues, thus providing effective reference for the work in the nursing teaching in the department of medicine thus promoting the improvement of teaching quality and promoting the sustainable development of nursing education.
