摘 要:临床见习是医学生向实习医生过渡的桥梁,是医学理论知识和临床实践的纽带。该阶段的学习中,理论知识和临床实践的学习相互衔接而又有部分重叠。为使医学见习生在骨科学习中能够激发学习兴趣、学会高效汲取知识的方法、顺利实现向实习医生角色的转变,以激发学习兴趣为主,让见习生主动提出自身周围亲友需要解决的骨科问题,并模拟实习医生以病案讨论的方式提出诊治方案,最终带教老师总结诊治方案。并在见习教学活动中引入临床技能操作和科研。该方法使见习生将所学医学知识、临床疾病、医学实践和科研环环相扣,增加了见习生学习的积极主动性,培养临床与科研相结合的思维,使见习生综合发展,提高了教学成效,是一种值得推广的教学方法。Clinical probation is a bridge between medical students and trainees, and is a link between medical theoretical knowledge and clinical practice. In this stage of learning, the study of theoretical knowledge and clinical practice are interlinked and partially overlapped. In order to enable medical intern to stimulate interest in learning in orthopedics and to learn how to acquire knowledge efficiently and smoothly and to change the role of intern, the trainees mainly stimulate the interest in learning so that the intern can offer the orthopedic problems, and simulate interns to discuss the way to put forward the diagnosis and treatment programs, and ultimately teach teachers summarize the diagnosis and treatment programs.And clinical skills in scientific research and teaching activities are introduced. The method enables the trainee to associate the learned medical knowledge, clinical disease, medical practice and scientific research with each other, increases the initiative of trainee learning, cultivates the combination of clinical research and scientific research, and makes the comprehensive development of trainee and to improve teaching effectiveness, which is a worthy promotion method of teaching.
