摘 要:目的了解医护人员对图书馆资源的使用情况和服务满意度。方法采用随机抽样和问卷调查方式对医院内各医疗科室的医护人员进行调查。结果医护人员前往图书馆的频率偏低,利用图书馆资源的时间较少,但不同性别、年龄段、学历的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。医务人员使用图书馆的主要目的是查找文献,最常利用的服务是信息检索服务,最常使用的数据库是中国知网(CNKI)、万方和Pub Med。读者对图书馆的服务有较高的满意度。结论该次调查是非常必要的,在一定程度上反映了医院图书馆读者服务工作中的一些问题,为今后我们改进图书馆的服务指出了明确的方向。Objective This paper tries to understand the status of the library information resources usage and service satisfaction. Methods Random sampling and questionnaire survey of medical departments in the hospital medical staff were investigated. Results The frequency of medical staff to the library was low and the time spent in using the library resources was less, but there was no significant difference among different sexes, ages and qualifications. The main purpose of medical staff to use the library was to find documents. The most commonly used services were information retrieval services. The most frequently used databases were CNKI, Wanfang and Pub Med. Readers had high satisfaction with library services(P 0.05). Conclusion This investigation is very necessary, to a certain extent, reflects some problems in the service work of the hospital library readers and points out a clear direction for us to improve library services in the future.
