护士长风险管理在肿瘤科护理管理中的应用研究

摘　　要：作为护士长,在肿瘤科护理服务全程,应当及时找出与正确处置存在的种种风险,持续提升护理效果。目前肿瘤科存在的主要护理风险因素是综合判断能力不足导致的风险、责任心不强、操作技术生疏导致的风险,以及有章不依导致的护理风险等。肿瘤科护士长加强风险管理的主要应对策略是护士长要对入院的全部肿瘤患者做好护理管理工作,注重专科基础知识及相关技能教育,增强肿瘤科护士预见性护理思维水平,并注重肿瘤业务技能训练,提高整体护理知识水平。只有如此,才能使肿瘤科有效地避免各类护理风险,从而让该科患者享受到理想的护理服务,以改善护患关系,提高治疗效果。The head nurses should find out various risks in the whole course of nursing services in the department of oncology and continuously improve the nursing effect. Currently, the major nursing risk factors in the department of oncology is risks caused by the insufficient comprehensive judgment abilities, low sense of responsibility, and risks caused by the low operation technology, and nursing risks due to not following the regulation. The head nurse in the department of oncology should enhance the risks management and do well in the nursing management work of all tumor patients, pay attention to the specificity basic knowledge and related skill education, and improve the holistic nursing knowledge level,only when we use these measures, can various nursing risks in the department of oncology be effectively avoided, thus making the patients enjoy more ideal nursing services, which can improve the doctor-patient relationship and improve the treatment effect.
