摘 要:目的分析护理管理中护士绩效考核机制的应用效果。方法选取2015年1月—2016年12月该院76名护理人员作为研究对象,随机分为两组,各38名。研究组实施护士绩效考核机制,对照组实施常规管理,比较两组护士护理质量评分、患者满意度及不良事件发生情况。结果研究组护理质量评分、护士工作满意度均高于对照组,不良事件发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护理管理中实施护士绩效考核机制可提高护理质量及工作满意度,减少不良事件,值得推广应用。Objective To analyze the application effect of mechanism of nurses' performance assessment in the nursing management. Methods 76 cases of nursing staff in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2016 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 38 cases in each, the research group used the mechanism of nurses' performance assessment, and the control group used the routine management, and the nursing quality score, satisfactory degree and occurrence of adverse events were compared between the two groups. Results The nursing quality score and work satisfactory degree of nurses in the research group were higher than those in the control group, and the incidence rate of adverse events was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P0.05). Conclusion The implementation of mechanism of nurses' performance assessment in the nursing management can improve the nursing quality and work satisfactory degree, and reduce the adverse events, and it is worth promotion and application.
