摘  要:综述了喷雾干燥技术在聚烯烃Ziegler-Natta催化剂制备工艺中的应用及其研究进展,包括载体的制备和催化剂的制备。在聚乙烯催化剂领域,喷雾干燥技术可用于MgCl_2载体及MgCl_2/SiO_2复合载体催化剂的制备。在聚丙烯催化剂领域,喷雾干燥技术可用于MgCl_2载体、MgCl_2/SiO_2复合载体及无载体催化剂的制备。原料配比和喷雾干燥条件是决定载体和催化剂性能的主要因素。载体的适用性及所制备催化剂的性能可以通过不同的原料配比及对喷雾干燥条件进行合理的调控,从而满足不同催化剂的聚合要求。Application of the spray drying technology in polyolefin Ziegler-Natta catalyst preparation processes and the progress of research thereof were reviewed,including the preparation of a support and the preparation of a catalyst. In the area of polyethylene catalysts,the spray drying technology can be used to prepare MgCl2 support and MgCl2/SiO2 supported catalysts. In the area of polypropylene catalysts,the spray drying technology can be used to prepare MgCl2 support,MgCl2/SiO2 support and unsupported catalysts. The ratio of raw materials and spray drying conditions were major factors of determining the performance of the support and catalyst. The applicability of a support and the performance of the prepared catalyst can be reasonably regulated according to different ratios of raw materials and different spray drying conditions,so as to meet the polymerization requirements of different catalysts.
