摘　　要：目的:探讨成都市龙泉驿区产前筛查高风险孕妇拒绝行细胞遗传学产前诊断的原因。方法:分别对2011年至2012年间成都市龙泉驿区妇幼保健院产前筛查结果为高风险的孕妇进行问卷调查、电话随访、微信或社区随访,统计病员拒绝行细胞遗传学产前诊断的原因。结果:2011年至2012年成都市龙泉驿区产前筛查高风险孕妇拒绝进行21-三体和18-三体综合征细胞遗传学产前诊断的原因共计19种,其中怕胎儿流产、费用太贵、家人反对等为孕妇最主要的拒绝羊水穿刺产前诊断原因。按照文化程度分类,低文化程度的孕妇惧怕手术以及认为夫妻健康胎儿不会有病的比率更高(P<0.05)。以家庭经济收入分,高收入的孕妇家庭选择无创产前基因检测技术的比率更高(P<0.05)。结论:产前筛查高风险孕妇拒绝行细胞遗传学产前诊断的原因很多,不同人群原因存在差异,需要针对性的干预。Objective：To investigate the causes of refusing cytogenetic prenatal diagnosis of high risk pregnant women in prenatal screening in Longquanyi district of Chengdu from 2011 to 2012.Methods：Using measures of questionnaire,telephone follow-up,wechat and community follow-up of pregnant women who are high risk in prenatal screening,find out the causes for refusing cytogenetic prenatal diagnosis.Results：There were nineteen causes of refusing cytogenetic prenatal diagnosis.Among these causes,to be afraid of abortion,high expense,being objected by family were the primary causes.According to the levels of education,participants were divided into two groups.More pregnant women in the low culture degree group were afraid of the operation and assumed that fetus was healthy because they have no family history.The χ~2 analysis showed that the prenatal diagnosis compliance was different in these two groups（P〈0.05）.According to the family income,more pregnant women in the high family income group choose non-invasive prenatal testing（P〈0.05）.Conclusions：There are many reasons of refusing cytogenetic prenatal diagnosis for pregnant women who are high risk in prenatal screening.Measures should be taken to ensure pregnant women.
