复合式小梁切除术对青光眼患者眼压及预后的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察复合式小梁切除术对青光眼患者眼压及预后的影响。方法:选取2015年6月~2016年5月在我院治疗的青光眼患者86例(92眼)作为研究对象,运用随机数表法将入选者分为对照组(43例46眼)与观察组(43例46眼)。对照组实施传统小梁切除术,观察组运用复合式小梁切除术,而传统小梁切除术、复合式小梁切除术相对比,后者术中将可调节缝线、丝裂霉素C充分应用起来。观察两组治疗前、后眼压与并发症发生情况。结果:两组术前、术后第1个月眼压对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组术后第6、12个月眼压均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术后相关并发症的发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:复合式小梁切除术有助于提升对青光眼患者远期眼压控制效果,降低术后并发症,改善患者术后视功能与预后,可作为临床上治疗青光眼较为理想术式。Objective：To observe the effects of compound trabeculectomy on intraocular pressure（IOP）and the prognosis of patients with glaucoma.Methods：Eighty-six patients（92 eyes）with glaucoma admitted to our hospital from June 2015 to May 2016 were enrolled.The patients were randomly divided into the control group（43 cases,46 eyes）and the observation group（43 cases,46 eyes）.The control group underwent traditional trabeculectomy.And the observation group underwent composite trabeculectomy.The IOP and complications of the two groups were observed before and after treatment.Results：There was no significant difference in IOP between the two groups before operation and the first month after operation（P〈0.05）.The IOP in the observation group at 6 and 12 months after operation was lower than that in the control group（P〈0.05）.The incidence of postoperative complications of the observation group was lower than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Compound trabeculectomy can maintain the long-term IOP of glaucoma patients,and reduce postoperative complications which can be used as an ideal surgical treatment for glaucoma.
