慢性酒依赖患者血尿酸水平与认知功能的相关性分析

摘　　要：目的探讨慢性酒依赖患者的血尿酸(SUA)水平与认知功能的相关性。方法选取110例慢性酒依赖患者作为研究对象,收集一般临床资料,测定SUA。采用蒙特利尔认知评估量表(MoCA)及简易智能精神状态量表(MMSE)对认知功能进行评价。根据认知功能的差异将所有研究对象分为认知功能正常组和认知功能障碍组,分别进行组间比较。应用多元线性回归分析评价慢性酒依赖患者认知功能障碍相关的危险因素。结果认知功能障碍组MoCA、MMSE总分均低于认知功能正常组,而SUA水平高于认知功能正常组(P<0.05)。认知功能障碍组MoCA记忆力、语言功能低于认知功能正常组(P<0.05)。SUA是影响酒依赖患者记忆和语言功能的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论本研究中慢性酒依赖患者SUA水平与其认知功能呈负相关。高SUA水平对慢性酒依赖患者的记忆和语言功能有显著影响。Objective To explore the correlation between serum uric acid（ SUA） levels and cognitive function in patients with chronic alcohol dependence. Methods A total of 110 patients with chronic alcohol dependence were selected. The general clinical data were collected and SUA was measured. The cognitive function was evaluated by the Montreal cognitive Rating Scale（ MoCA） and the Mini Mental State Scale（ MMSE）. All the subjects were divided into normal group and cognitive dysfunction group according to the difference of cognitive function. Multiple linear regression analysis was used to investigate the risk factors associated with cognitive impairment of the patients. Results The total scores of MoCA and MMSE were significantly lower and the SUA level was significantly higher in cognitive dysfunction group than those in normal group（ P〈0. 05）. Compared with normal group,the memory and language function of MoCA were significantly reduced in cognitive dysfunction group（ P〈0. 05）.SUA level was an independent risk factor for memory and language function in alcohol dependent patients（ P〈0. 05）.Conclusion SUA levels were negatively correlated with cognitive function in patients with chronic alcohol dependence. High SUA levels significantly affected memory and language function in alcohol dependent patients.
