摘 要:加强学科建设是"双一流"大学建设背景对新建地方本科院校内涵建设提出的核心要求。新建地方本科院校需要在"师资建设""人才培养""科研水平提升""文化传承"及"成果转化"等五个方面下足工夫。然而,由于来自内部与外部的障碍,当前新建地方本科院校在内涵建设上陷入了困境。困境的突破需要新建地方本科院校借助于自身通过校地合作培养应用型人才的"先天"优势,以校地深度合作为重要抓手,完善政府、社会、学校相结合的共建机制。Strengthening the discipline construction is the core requirement for the construction of the"two-class"university construction background for the connotation construction of newly-built local universities. Based on this requirement, new local colleges and universities need to make full efforts in the five aspects of"teacher construction","talent training","enhancement of scientific research","cultural heritage"and"transformation of results". However, due to obstacles from both internal and external sources, the current local undergraduate colleges are in a predicament in terms of connotation construction. Breakthroughs in dilemmas require newly-built local universities to use their own"innate"advantages in cultivating applied talents through cooperation between schools and universities, to focus on in-depth cooperation in school campuses and to improve the joint construction mechanism of government, society and schools.
