摘　　要：《伤寒论》少阴病篇吴茱萸汤证历代伤寒注家认识不同,为历来研究者所困惑。笔者以《伤寒论》辨证论治思想为基础,探讨少阴病病机及少阴病用吴茱萸汤的机制,以示先贤审证用药之妙。Generations of scholars have different views on the use of Wuzhuyu decoction to treat shaoyin syndrome in Treatise on Febrile Diseases, which puzzled by researchers. The author is based on the theory of syndrome differentiation to discusses the pathogenesis of shaoyin syndrome and the application of Wuzhuyu decoction to treat shaoyin syndrome, which could reflect the essence of the treatment and medication of famous traditional Chinese medicine doctor.
