摘　　要：介绍了海洋石油富岛有限公司一期尿素装置高压系统开车过程中发生的典型事故案例,提出压力控制是高压系统开车控制的关键,分析了开车中高压超压的事故原因,总结出了高压系统开车超压的处理原则。This paper introduces the typical accident cases in the process of the high pressure system of the first phase urea plant of the marine petroleum Fukushima Co.,Ltd.,and puts forward that the pressure control is the key to the control of the high pressure system,analyzes the cause of the high pressure overpressure in the car,and summarizes the handling principle of the overpressure of the high pressure system.
