摘　　要：职业院校顶岗实习必须以学生职业发展与专业能力提升为目标。针对现有顶岗实习管理过程中出现的问题,通过梳理顶岗实习管理过程与细节,从前期调研、宣传动员,过程监管、中期巡查、顶岗实习后期的总结分析等方面进行了研究,为各职业院校全方位的提升顶岗实习管理的水平,提高人才培养质量提供参考。The internship of vocational colleges must be aimed at students＇ career development and the improvement of professional competence.Aimed at the problems existing in the process of internship,combined with national latest file spirit about internship management,by combing process and details of internship management,studies various aspects that is from the early research stage,propaganda and mobilization,Process supervision,Mid-process inspection,and summary analysis to the last stage internship.This study provides the reference for improve the level of internship management in every aspect and the quality of personnel training.
