摘 要:针对摩擦材料配料中纤维组分增多、酚醛树脂含量减少,导致基体粘结强度降低的问题,以复合纤维低树脂基摩擦材料为研究对象,利用洛氏硬度计、定速摩擦试验机和扫描电子显微镜等检测设备,研究热压成型工艺对复合纤维低树脂基摩擦材料综合性能的影响,并运用极差分析法确定主要影响因素。结果表明,成型压力对硬度影响最大,热压温度对摩擦系数影响最大,压制时间对剪切强度影响最大,热处理时间对磨损率影响最大。优化工艺参数可以改善复合纤维低树脂基摩擦材料的力学性能和摩擦磨损性能,改变其磨损机制。Aiming at the problem of friction materials that the increase of fiber components and the decrease of phenolic resin resulted in the decrease of matrix bond strength,the composite fiber low resin-based friction materials were selected as research object. The rockwell hardness tester, the speed friction tester and SEM were used to study the infiuence of hot-press molding process on the comprehensive properties of the composite fiber low resin-based friction materials,and the main influence factors were determined by the method of range analysis. The results show that the molding pressure has the greatest infiuence on the hardness,the hot-press temperature has the greatest infiuence on the friction coefficient,the pressing time has the greatest infiuence on the shear strength, and the heat treatment time has the greatest infiuence on the wear rate. The optimization of technological parameters can improve the mechanical properties and friction and wear properties of composite fiber low resin-based friction materials, and the wear mechanism was changed.
