摘  要:运用内容分析法对农民创业企业商业模式调适的动因与策略进行了理论探索,研究发现:农民创业企业商业模式调适的主要动因包括新机会识别、创业者期望水平改变、市场环境变化、组织资源水平变化、业绩危机以及创业学习;内部动因出现频次明显多于外部动因,内部动因中创业者因素明显多于组织因素。市场定位和经营系统两个维度是农民创业企业商业模式调适的重点,关键商业模式调适事件常以市场定位调适为起点,且针对经营系统中核心流程的调适行为最为普遍。这些发现对于农民创业研究及企业成长实践均具有重要启发。This paper explores the influencing factors and strategies of business model adaptation of rural enterprises by content analysisand finds that( 1) the central influencing factors include newopportunity identification, the elevation of entrepreneur ' s expectation, market dynamics, the change of organization ' s resources, performance crisisand entrepreneurship learning; the frequency of the internal factors is obviously more than that of the external ones, and the frequency of entrepreneur factors is obviously more thanthat of the organization factors.( 2) market positioning dimensionand operating system dimension are the crucial influencing factors in business model adaptation of rural enterprises, and market positioning adaptation always leads to important business model adaptation, and the most common adaptation strategy is the adjustment of core processes. These findings are of significant implication for rural entrepreneurship research and practice.
