摘 要:介绍以虚拟现实开发为基础的三维建模软件构建船厂三维模型的建模方法和建模规范,使用虚拟现实软件Unity 3D进行船舶制造虚拟仿真教学系统的功能开发,在PC端发布系统并应用于基于虚拟现实技术的船舶制造教学、培训工作,实现船厂第一人称视角虚拟漫游、装配流程交互仿真、制造工艺流程虚拟仿真,解决大型结构物制造教学及工程应用规划问题。将潮流前沿的虚拟现实技术应用到工程技术类教学中,使得教学培训在某程度上焕然一新,而这种新的教学方式对提高教学效率、增加知识认知程度有较大影响。This paper introduces methods and norms of three-dimensional modeling software for the shipbuilding based on the development of virtual reality technology. The first-person perspective virtual roaming,interactive simulation of assembly process and the virtual simulation of manufacturing process in shipyard are realized through adopting the virtual reality software Unity 3 D to carry out the functional development of the ship building virtual simulation teaching system.The system is issued on the PC side and thus be used to the teaching and training of shipbuilding students with the purpose of resolving the teaching and planning of large-scale objects. The application of virtual reality technology to engineering teaching brings,to some extent,a new look for teaching and training,and has a significant influence or improving teaching efficiency and knowledge cognition.
