摘　　要：交通运输工程专业具有显著的工程应用特点,实践性强,与运输生产活动联系十分紧密。要求培养具有工程应用与学术能力的复合型创新人才。针对交通运输工程专业的人才培养现状及培养中存在的问题,结合我校近年来的教学实践,依据交通运输工程专业的发展规划及要求,提出建设理论教学和实践教学相结合的校内实践基地,依托虚拟仿真实验教学中心,打造虚实融合的教学模式,构建现场教学、工程实践、科研实践相互连接的"三位一体"新型人才培养体系,对于培养应用型、研发型和创新型人才具有重要的作用。在此基础上,通过制定基于综合评价法的实践基地评价方案进一步发现教学中存在问题与不足,促进实践基地的建设和发展,提高教学实效。The major of traffic and transportation engineering has its own remarkable characteristics,like remarkable engineering application and strong practicability,and it is closely related to transportation and production activities. It was required to cultivate multi-skill innovative talents with engineering application and academic abilities. The research aims to propose the construction of the on-campus practice base with the combined consideration of theoretical and empirical teaching. The paper also addresses the existing issues associated with the student cultivation,which is achieved according to years of accumulated teaching experiences and development plan and requirements for the Traffic and Transportation Engineering major. The practice base will make use of the virtual simulation center to build teaching model of the virtuality and reality combination,and eventually develop the interconnected ＂ trinity＂ cultivation system with on-site training,engineering exercise,and research practice. The practice base plays an important role to cultivate the students with application,research and development,and innovation skills. On this basis,the study adopts the comprehensive evaluation technique to find the problems and drawbacks of the practice base, for promoting its construction and development and improving teaching quality in the future.
