摘  要:变幅机构是门座起重机模型的主要执行机构,其变幅过程中悬挂点的水平性能是机构设计及原理展示的重要内容.根据原型机在工程应用中的要求,通过配置轨迹上3个水平准点给出了求解变幅机构的刚体位移矩阵方程,并对两种角度约束条件的给定方法进行了讨论分析.结合设计算例,在ADAMS软件中,对悬挂点在变幅过程中的水平落差和水平速度变化情况进行了仿真及预测.结果表明,采用该方法可准确按既定准点配置模型变幅轨迹,为工程中此类连杆机构的综合提供了参考.The luffing mechanism is the main actuator of the gantry crane model.The horizontality of the end point on the connecting rod in the process of amplitude change is an important objective about design and show the working principle.Combined with the practical engineering problems,this paper calculated structural parameters of luffing mechanism based on the of displacement matrix method by configuring the horizontal points on the track.It made the discussion and analysis of the constraints.Combined with design examples in ADAMS software gave the horizontal performance of the designed model though simulation and analysis.The results show that this method can accurately configure which provided a reference for the synthesis of link mechanism in engineering application.
