养正消积胶囊联合还原型谷胱甘肽对原发性肝癌肝动脉化疗栓塞术后患者细胞免疫功能及血管形成因子水平的影响

摘　　要：目的观察养正消积胶囊联合还原型谷胱甘肽对原发性肝癌肝动脉化疗栓塞术后患者细胞免疫功能及血管形成因子水平的影响。方法将100例原发性肝癌肝动脉化疗栓塞术后患者随机分为2组,对照组50例给予还原型谷胱甘肽治疗,观察组50例在对照组治疗基础上加用养正消积胶囊治疗,观察2组治疗前及治疗6个月后总胆红素(TBil)、γ-谷氨酰转移酶(γ-GT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、CD3+、CD4+、CD8+、CD4+/CD8+、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、成纤维细胞生长因子(b FGF)水平及KPS评分变化情况,统计2组近期疗效。结果 2组治疗后TBil、γ-GT、AST、ALT、VEGF及b FGF水平均显著降低(P均<0.05),KPS评分均显著提高(P均<0.05),且观察组治疗后以上指标改善情况均显著优于对照组(P均<0.05);观察组治疗后CD3+、CD4+及CD4+/CD8+均显著高于治疗前及对照组(P均<0.05),CD8+显著低于治疗前及对照组(P均<0.05),对照组各指标均无明显变化;观察组临床治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论养正消积胶囊联合还原型谷胱甘肽用于原发性肝癌肝动脉化疗栓塞术后患者可有效促进肝功能恢复,改善日常生活质量,增强机体细胞免疫功能,下调血管形成因子水平。Objective It is to observe the effect of Yangzheng Xiaoji Capsule combined with reduced glutathione on cellular immune function and angiogenic factor level in patients with primary liver cancer after hepatic arterial chemoembolization. Methods One hundred patients with primary liver cancer after transcatheter arterial chemoembolization were randomly divided into 2 groups,fifty cases in the control group were treated with reduced glutathione,fifty patients in the observation group were treated with Yangzheng Xiaoji Capsule combined with reduced glutathione. The changes of aspartate aminotransferase（ AST）,total bilirubin（ TBil）,gamma glutamyl transferase（ γ-GT）,alanine aminotransferase（ ALT）,CD3~＋,CD4~＋,CD8~＋,CD4~＋/CD8~＋,vascular endothelial growth factor（ VEGF）,fibroblast growth factor（ b FGF） levels and KPS score were observed before and after 6 months of treatment; the short-term curative effects of the two groups were statistically analyzed. Results After treatment,the levels of TBil,γ-GT,ALT,AST,VEGF and b FGF in the 2 groups were significantly decreased（ all P〈0. 05）,but the score of KPS were significantly increased（ all P〈0. 05）,the improvement of the above indexes in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group（ P〈0. 05）. The CD3~＋,CD4~＋and CD4~＋/CD8~＋in the observation group were significantly higher than those before treatment and in the control group（ all P〈0. 05）,but CD8~＋was significantly lower than before treatment and control group（ all P〈0. 05）;there was no significant change in these indexes of the control group. The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The combination of Yangzheng Xiaoji Capsule and reduced glutathione can effectively promote the recovery of liver function,improve the daily life quality,enhance the cellular immune function and reduce the level of angiogenic factor.
