摘　　要：目的探讨产前MRI诊断胎儿重复肾畸形的价值。方法回顾性分析22例经出生后随访证实为重复肾畸形的产前MRI及超声资料,并与随访结果对照。结果 22例患儿中,左侧重复肾脏畸形9例、右侧重复肾脏畸形8例、双侧重复肾脏畸形5例。11例伴肾积水,其中上半肾积水7例、全肾积水4例;7例伴输尿管异位开口;2例伴输尿管囊肿。15例(15/22,68.18%)产前超声与产前MRI对诊断一致,其中2例诊断均不完全准确;7例(7/22,31.82%)诊断不一致,产前超声误诊2胎、诊断不全5胎。结论对于诊断胎儿重复肾畸形,当超声显示不满意时,MRI可发挥重要补充作用。Objective To explore the value of MRI in diagnosis of fetal duplex kidney.Methods Prenatal MRI and ultrasonographic data of 22 cases of duplex kidney confirmed after birth were analyzed retrospectively.Results In 22 cases,left side duplex kidney was found in 9 cases,right side duplex kidney was found in 8 cases,while bilateral duplex kidneys were found in 5 cases.Hydronephrosis was detected in 11 cases,7 with the upper moiety hydronephrosis,4 with the upper and lower moiety hydronephrosis.Ureteral ectopia opening was found in 7 cases,while ureteroceles in 2 cases.Prenatal ultrasound diagnosis was consistent with prenatal MRI in 15 cases（15/22,68.18%）,including not completely accurate prenatal ultrasound and MRI diagnosis of 2 feuses.Prenatal ultrasound and MRI diagnosis were inconsistent in 7 cases（7/22,31.82%）,including misdiagnosis of 2 fetuses and incomplete diagnosis of 5 fetuses.Conclusion For diagnosis of fetal duplex kidney,MRI can play an important adjuvant diagnostic role when ultrasound is not satisfactory.
