摘  要:以青岛5种常见市售水产品为试验材料,采用微波消解-原子吸收光谱法对其Cd、Cr、Pb、Cu和Zn 5种重金属元素含量进行测定,结果表明:该方法能准确测定新鲜的水产品:草鱼、寄语、带鱼、基围虾及八爪鱼中重金属元素含量,方法加标回收率在86.54%~97.91%之间,RSD在0.43%~3.11%之间,线性范围宽,精密度好,回收率高,且方法简单;对照食品安全国家标准,发现不同的水产品中Cd、Pb重金属存在不同的超标现象,这一结果提示广大市民尽可能适当食用水产品。Five common commercial aquatic products in Qingdao were used as test materials. The contents of five heavy metal elements such as Cd,Cr,Pb,Cu and Zn were determined by microwave digestion-atomic absorption spectrometry. The results showed that this method can accurately determine fresh Aquatic products:The content of heavy metal elements in grass carp,messages,octopus,shrimp and octopus,method spike recoveries between 86.54 % and 97.91 %,RSD between 0.43 % and 3.11 %,wide linear range,precision Well,the recovery rate is high,and the method is simple;compared with national standards for food safety,it is found that there are different excessive levels of heavy metals in Cd and Pb in different aquatic products. This result suggests that the general public should properly eat aquatic products as much as possible.
