摘 要:目的:探究丁苯酞对急性脑梗死患者脑血流参数与氧自由基清除能力的影响。方法:将2016年12月~2017年10月期间本院收治的66例急性脑梗死患者根据随机数字表法分为对照组33例和观察组33例,对照组进行常规急性脑梗死治疗,观察组则在对照组治疗的基础上加用丁苯酞,然后检测与比较两组患者治疗前后的脑血流参数与氧自由基清除能力指标。结果:治疗前两组患者的脑血流参数与氧自由基清除能力指标差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而治疗后1周与2周两组的脑血流参数与氧自由基清除能力指标均持续改善,且观察组的检测结果优于对照组同时间的结果(P<0.05)。结论:丁苯酞对急性脑梗死患者的脑血流参数与氧自由基清除能力具有改善作用,因此在患者脑部血供改善与损伤修复中具有更高的应用价值。Objective:To investigate the influence of butylphthalide for the cerebral blood flow parameters and oxygen free radical scavenging activity of patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods:66 patients with acute cerebral infarction in our hospital from December 2016 to October 2017 were divided into control group of 33 cases and observation group of 33 cases using tables of random numbers.The control group was treated with conventional treatment of acute cerebral infarction,and the observation group were treated with butylphthalide on the treatment of control group,then the cerebral blood flow parameters and oxygen free radical scavenging activity indexes of two groups before and after the treatment were detected and compared.Results:The cerebral blood flow parameters and oxygen free radical scavenging activity indexes of two groups before the treatment had no significant differences(P〉0.05),and the cerebral blood flow parameters and oxygen free radical scavenging activity indexes of two groups at the first and second week after the treatment were improved continuously,and the detection results of observation group were better than those of control group at the same time(P〈 0.05).Conclusion:The butylphthalide plays the role of improving the cerebral blood flow parameters and oxygen free radical scavenging activity of patients with acute cerebral infarction,so it has higher application value for the improvement of brain blood supply and repair of injury.
