泪囊鼻腔吻合术围手术期中应用呋麻滴鼻液滴鼻的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨呋麻滴鼻液滴鼻在泪囊鼻腔吻合围手术期中的应用效果。方法选择我院2017年9月—2018年2月收治的泪囊鼻腔吻合术患者60例,将其随机分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。给予对照组患者术前3 d及术后2 h后呋麻滴鼻液滴鼻治疗,在对照组基础上,观察组术前1 h给予患者呋麻滴鼻液滴鼻治疗。比较2组患者术后24 h的流血、渗血以及术后48 h渗血、72 h渗血情况。结果观察组患者术后24 h鼻腔流血、渗血以及术后48 h鼻腔渗血发生率均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组患者术后72 h鼻腔渗血发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在泪囊鼻腔吻合术围手术期常规呋麻滴鼻液滴鼻治疗的基础上增加术前1 h呋麻滴鼻液滴鼻,可缓解患者术后鼻腔出血、渗血症状。Objective To investigate the application effect of ephedrine and furacilin nasal drops in dacryocystorhinostomy at perioperative period.Methods 60 patients with dacryocystorhinostomy admitted in our hospital from September 2017 to February 2018 were selected,and they were randomly divided into control group and observation group,30 cases in each group.Control group was given ephedrine and furacilin nasal drops before surgery for 3d and after surgery for 2h,while observation group was treated with ephedrine and furacilin nasal drops before surgery for 1h based on control group.The postoperative 24h bleeding and errhysis,postoperative 48h and 72h errhysis were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of postoperative 24h nasal cavity bleeding and errhysis,postoperative 48h nasal cavity errhysis in observation group were lower than those in control group （P〈0.05）.There was no statistical difference in the incidence of postoperative 72h nasal cavity errhysis between the two groups （P〉0.05）.Conclusion Based on ephedrine and furacilin nasal drops in dacryocystorhinostomy at perioperative period,the application of preoperative 1h ephedrine and furacilin nasal drops can relieve postoperative nasal cavity bleeding and errhysis of patients.
