自考英语师范本科生职业规划叙事中身份建构的分析

摘　　要：在校自学考试学生(在校大专报考自考本科的学生)是中国继续教育的特殊人群。他们的未来就业意向在继续教育研究中往往被忽视。为此,从参加南昌师范学院外国语学院50名自考本科生作文中随机挑选3篇作文,解读在校英语自考生未来职业身份认同的叙事,以此更好地揭示在校大专生参加自考本科的心理动机与身份建构模式。An analysis on in-school self-taught students identity construction in the narrative of future job. Self-taught students in school are a special group of further education in China. However,their future employment is ignored. This paper is to choose 3 compositions from 50 self-taught students in Foreign languages school of Nanchang Normal College so as to interpret the narrative identity in future employment intentions. In this way,it reveals the identity construction and psychmotivation in the exam.
