脑动脉瘤应用64层螺旋CT数字减影血管造影DSA诊断的研究

摘　　要：目的:分析脑动脉瘤应用64层螺旋CT数字减影(DSA)诊断的价值,并与三维CT血管造影(CTA)的诊断结果作对比。方法:收治术后确诊脑动脉瘤患者21例,均应用64层螺旋CT DSA及三维CT CTA检查,对比两种检查方法对脑动脉瘤的诊断效果。结果:DSA的诊断准确性、敏感性均显著大于CAT(P<0.05);但三维CTA与DSA对脑动脉瘤的阳性预测值差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:64层螺旋CT DSA诊断脑动脉瘤的结果与手术诊断符合率高,诊断价值尤其对脑动脉瘤的显示效果较好。Objective：To analyze the diagnostic value of 64 slice spiral CT digital subtraction（DSA）for cerebral aneurysms,and compare with the diagnostic results of three-dimensional CT angiography（CTA）.Methods：21 patients with cerebral aneurysm diagnosed after surgery were selected.The 64 slice spiral CT DSA and three-dimensional CT CTA were used to compare the two diagnostic methods for the diagnosis of cerebral aneurysms.Results：The diagnostic accuracy and sensitivity of DSA were significantly higher than those of the CAT（P〈0.05）.But there was no significant difference in the positive predictive value of three-dimensional CTA and DSA for cerebral aneurysms（P〉0.05）.Conclusion：The 64-slice spiral CT DSA diagnosis of cerebral aneurysms has a high coincidence rate with surgical diagnosis.The diagnostic value,especially for cerebral aneurysms is better.
