摘  要:目的:探讨临床路径式教学法在内分泌科临床带教中的实践应用效果。方法:选择内分泌科实习的医学生80名,随机分成观察组和对照组。对照组采用传统带教方法,观察组采用临床路径式教学法,比较两组教学效果。结果:观察组理论基础知识、病历处理能力、基本操作技能和综合成绩均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组实习生对带教老师满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:临床路径式教学法在内分泌科临床带教的实践应用效果显著。Objective:To explore the effect of practical application of clinical pathway teaching method in clinical teaching in Department of Endocrinology.Methods:80 medical students in Department of Endocrinology were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.The control group accepted the traditional teaching method.The observation group accepted the clinical pathway teaching method(CPTM).We compared the teaching effect of the two groups.Results:In the observation group,the theoretical knowledge,medical record processing ability,basic operative skills and comprehensive scores were significantly better than those in the control group(P〈0.05).In the observation group,the satisfaction degree of interns to teachers was significantly higher than that in the control group(P〈0.05).Conclusion:The effect of practical application of clinical pathway teaching method in clinical teaching in department of Endocrinology was significant.
