摘 要:为通过电机结构设计来提高电动汽车的动力性和经济性,理论探讨了电动车用永磁同步电机的稳态特性与其结构参数之间的关系,并使用OPPeD ePMSM软件进行了参数化分析;提出了电机主要结构参数的初始设计和优化方案,并针对国内某款电动车型进行了驱动电机优化设计,改善其电机的效率特性。整车经济性仿真结果表明,使用所提电机结构参数优化方法,在保证整车动力性不变的前提下,基于5工况的电机系统效率均值提升了6.4%,单位里程能耗均值下降了7.2%。In order to enhance the power performance and fuel economy of electric vehicles by motor structural design,the relationship between the steady-state characteristics of permanent magnet synchronous motor and its structural parameters is theoretically investigated,and a parametric analysis is conducted with software OPPe D e PMSM. The initial design and optimization schemes of the main structural parameters of motor are put forward,and the optimization design of traction motor for an electric vehicle is performed to improve the efficiency characteristics of its motor. The results of simulation on vehicle fuel economy show that with the parameter optimization method for motor structure proposed the average efficiency of electric drive system with 5 common driving cycles increases by6. 4%,and its average energy consumption drops by 7. 2%,while ensuring the power performance of vehicle maintained.
